Let’s talk about Malta and its beautiful, paradisiac beaches that it has to offer. From top spot beaches every tourist must visit when in town, to hidden gems only a few know about, we’re bringing you the real deal today.
Also, we have a few other articles about Malta, what to do while you’re there, best places to go, and even a blog about one of the most famous restaurants in the zone you should check out as well! That being said, let’s begin.
#1: The Ghajn Tuffieha
This has to be one of the most popular beaches in Malta, and for a great reason. Not only it’s surrounded by nature all around, has clean blue water and amazing view, but also, it’s very easy to get to.
You must know, however, this beach does get crowded during the summer time, so we recommend you to get there as early as possible to grab a great spot and spend the rest of the day relaxing!
#2: Golden Bay
If you’re planning to visit the Ghajn Tuffieha beach, then you might as well just stop by the Golden Bay, an incredibly beautiful beach that’s located right by the Ghajn bay.
This specific beach is great for people who are in family vacation or traveling with kids! The overall vibe is very family-friendly, there are many activities to do in the beach, and it doesn’t get as crowded as you might expect, although it is a very popular tourist spot.
#3: Paradise Bay
If you’re looking for a more quiet, peaceful place, then this beach is the right one for you! Paradise Bay is considerably smaller than the other two beaches we’ve mentioned in this blog before, but just as beautiful as the rest.
It is located between cliffs and surrounded by white sand and very deep blue waters, it doesn’t get as many tourists, and it’s overall a great place to just go and relax for a couple of hours.
#4: Ramla Bay
Another great option for those who are traveling with kids or in family vacation! This little piece of heaven is just perfect if you’re looking for a family-friendly environment, breathtaking landscapes and an easy location to spend your day at. This beach is located in Gozo so you must catch the ferry to go.
This bay is known for having very shallow water (like we said, great for kids!) nearby caves you can explore, and of course, the eye-catching red sand, so make sure you enjoy your day while you’re there!
#5: St Peter’s Pool
Now, this is definitely a must see for everyone visiting Malta, and even tho technically it isn’t a beach, we just had to include it in the list, because it’s still an amazing tourist spot. This natural cove got to its popular due to the popular diving dog which was a viral sensation.
St Peter’s Pool is actually a natural pool that has become a famous spot for people who are looking for a little bit more of adventure, since the most popular way to get into the pool is by jumping from the natural cliff right above it!
Now that you know the top beaches in Malta you’re ready to have the time of your life in this little but incredible piece of paradise located in the Mediterranean sea!
